This beautifully furnished, luxury new 4 bed villa is set on the stunning Santa Clara Golf Resort, located only 8km south of the historic city of Granada and the Alhambra Palace. Nestling in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada, the villa is positioned only 30 minutes from the ski lifts of Europe's most southerly ski resort of Pradollano and 30 minutes from the beaches of the Costa Tropical.
The villa's spacious contemporary open plan style, kitchen, living room and dining room are extremely well appointed, as are the 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The large terrace (partially covered providing shade during the heat of the day) extends into the main part of the garden with plenty of space for alfresco dining and sunbathing. The private 'L' shaped pool is easily accessed by a flight of steps, making it ideal for both the younger and older members of the family. The garden is well planted with lawn and a colourful array of shrubs and trees.

The covered terrace is furnished with comfortable wicker sofas and coffee table with views to the golf course with direct access to the secluded 'L' shaped private pool (with easy access steps), making it the perfect outdoor living and entertaining space.
Cleaning/towels/Linen/Maid service:
Quality bath towels and linen are provided, as are pool towels.
The villa is cleaned and prepared before arrival (with laundry changes weekly).
However, additional maid service is available on request. Weekly garden and pool maintenance is included.
Outside:
The newly installed mosaic 'L' shaped pool is completely private and is not overlooked. The terracotta terrace provided plenty of room for sunbathing - sun loungers provided. The pool measures 5 x 5m (max. dimensions) and is easily accessed by a flight of steps, then gently sloping from a depth of 1.2 to 1.8m. Making it suitable for both young and old alike. The pool benefits from a little late afternoon shade when the sun is at its strongest. Patio furniture provides ample outdoor seating. A gas fired barbecue is provided for those alfresco evenings.
The villa sits centrally in good size landscaped gardens which are totally secluded and enjoy stunning views over both the golf course and the Sierra Nevada mountains.

Coast/Beach:
Just a 30 minutes drive from the villa is the jewel of the Costa Tropical. Salobrena is a whitewashed town clinging to a huge outcrop of rock set on the shoreline and topped by a Moorish castle.

Skiing:
The villa is only 30 minutes by car from the ski lifts of Europe's most southerly ski resort of Pradollano set in the Sierra Nevada National Park, boasting 87 runs which are normally open from late October until early May. The village is located at an altitude of 2,100m, There are 6 ski areas with 87 runs including the snowboard park.
Open from 9.00hrs-17.00hrs (sat evening -night skiing 19.00hrs-21.30hrs). Underground parking for 2,800 cars, open air parking for 1,000 cars.
