Mondujar has easy access from the motorway and is only 15 minutes drive away from Granada city, 20 minutes from the Costa Tropical and 15 minutes from the Alpujarras. This house has beautiful Spanish features, for instance every room has a wooden beamed ceiling. The house is suitable for 4 guests. Nearby the house (300 meters walk) is a large swimming pool, combined with a restaurant/bar (open in July, August). In the village there are restaurants, tapas bars, supermarkets, a pharmacy and several banks. For the keen walkers, the E4/GR-7 long distance path, runs near the village leading to Lanjarón (the Alpujarras).  
 
Description house, Ground floor:  
lounge with fire place, TV-free to air satellite European channels, DVD, CD-player, dining room with access to the patio garden furniture, toilet, kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, combi(oven)microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, access to the 2nd patio, 2 cave rooms ( 1 used by owner), the other for storage of guest amenities like golf clubs, mountain bike beach gear etc..  
First floor:  
1 large double bedroom with French windows overlooking the square, 1 twin bedroom overlooking the patio, bathroom with separate shower and bath with shower.  
Top floor:  
2 open sun terraces with BBQ and terrace furniture.  
For children the house has the following: cot with matras and linnen, high chair, bath (inside & outside), toys (also for on the beach), buggy `Quiny`, baby walking carrier, child fence on the 1st floor.  

The Lecrin valley is the West side of the Sierra Nevada mountain range, near to the city of Granada,near to the Alpujarras and near to the Costa Tropical, Southern Spain. This is the most diverse region of Andalucia, so you can enjoy any kind of activity,from water sports to hiking, climbing, kayaking, golf & sking in the winter period.

The big municipal swimming pool is open in July & August, located 300 metres form the house and part of a Greek & Spanish restaurant Akropolis.
