Casa Solares is a village house with two holiday apartments, nestling in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada the small village of Chite is ideally positioned for visiting the city of Granada, the coastal resorts on the Costa Tropical and the mountain villages of the Alpujarras. The apartments are furnished to a high standard and there is a shared heated plunge pool and roof terrace. Close by are restaurants, bars, shops and banks.

The Sierra Nevada ski resort is one hour away and the beaches of the costa tropical twenty five minutes.

Rental Rates

				Season Rate
				Low Season Price:	£250 per Week
				High Season Price:	£290 per Week

A deposit of 25% is required to book the property the balance due 4 weeks before arrival. If you have to cancel the booking at anytime and we can re-let the property for those dates we will refund any money paid. Payment can be made by cheque to a UK bank or via PayPal.

The Lecrin valley is situated midway between the city of Granada and the coastal resorts on the Costa tropical. The tiny village of Chite nestles in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada National park. The area is ideal for visiting Granada and Alhambra palace, walking on the mule tracks and forest trails that abound in the area, visiting the mountain villages in the Alpujarras or relaxing with your favorite on the roof terrace.
