Villa Caledonia offers spacious terraces, rose & fruit gardens with feature fountain, porch, etc. The Private Pool and terraces are South East(Sun) facing during most of the day, there is also a large BBQ, with Dining al-fresco facilities in dedicated shaded Pergola, we also provide folding dryer, quality outdoor furniture, parasol and of course the lovely swimming pool with feature Roman steps for gentle and easy and safe access into the water, there is also an emergency saving Ring, pool maintenance nets, etc. 
 
Adjacent to the Pool, there is a spacious elevated sun shaded terrace overlooking the pool and sun terraces with unrestricted and magnificent views of the breathtaking Sierra Nevada mountains range(Spain highest and Europe most Southern Skiing Resort) Granada City and surrounding country side.

Villa Caledonia was designed and built for us in 2008 by well known Architect to the highest European safety and Building Standards. The main house is very spacious(245m2) with quality finishes, Marble floors, granite and feature worktops in the kitchen utility and Bathrooms. 
 
We live in the UK, but this Villa is our lovely and much loved second home which we hope to move in when we retire. So the quality, furnishings and comfort reflect very much this. 
 
The villa is furnished and equipped to offer ample and comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people, offering 4 bedrooms and 3 luxury bathrooms, (1 of which is en suite to the master bedroom). 
 
The Spacious master bedroom (34 m2) offer a Queen size bed, large Dresser, Bed tables, large dressing room, 2 large quality double fitted wardrobes, and designer's double basin en suite bathroom. 
 
Bedroom-2 is also very spacious, it has a double beds, Double quality Fitted Wardrobes, Dresser, etc. 
 
Bedroom 3 also offers two larger than normal single beds, quality fitted wardrobes, dresser, bed table etc. 
 
Bedroom 4, this bedroom is very spacious with 2 quality single beds, double wardrobes, etc  
 
For your comfort the villa offers a top of the range quality fully ducted Air conditioned system, very quite, servicing all bedrooms and public rooms (including all bathrooms), also providing warm hot air heating for the Winter months. In the lounge, there is also a quality Log burning Fireplace. Large Flat LED screen TV with UK TV Channels  
 
The lounge is quite spacious, quality and comfortably furnished, including a large dining table and chairs for those rare occasions it may be necessary to take a meal indoors, there is also a Large Crockery and glass dresser, two large sofas, centre table, large flat screen TV with UK freeview Channels via Satellite so you do not miss your favorite UK TV programs, there is also DVD player and DVDs and some English Books, etc. 
 
The quality fitted kitchen is fully equipped with top of the range Microwave, quality ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge. Adjacent to the kitchen we have the Utility/Laundry room with Washing Machine, pre wash sink, cleaning utensils, etc. from this utility room you can also have access to the garden and front sun terraces.

Villa Caledonia is newly built, modern detached 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms Villa with private pool, BBQ, sun terraces, gardens, very spacious, UK TV, PC with Internet Access, Wi Fi, close to amenities, supermarket, City of Granada, Costa Tropical beaches and Sierra Nevada Skiing Resort. We provide professional Cleaning service and provide Clean Bed Linen and Towels before your arrival. to respect and protect your privacy, No cleaning service or additional linen service is provided during your stay, The Villa has a quality washing machine with instructions and outdoor washing line dryer facilities for guests to use, should they require it.

The Village of Otura is a modern and picturesque Spanish village on the southern outskirts of Granada City, (Part of Granada's Greater Metropolitan area) there is a recently built 18 holes (72 Par long) , Santa Clara Golf course and its magnificent Club house, Restaurants and leisure facilities centre (only 5 minutes from the Villa ), there is a new village sports centre, tennis club,horse riding, great walks, nearby supermarket and petrol station (with24/7 grocery shop facilities) famous restaurants such as "Meson Nueva Otura", "Mayerlin", etc.The Costa Tropical Beaches of Granada (Motril, Salobreña, Almuñecar, etc) is about 30-35 minutes pleasant drive away (modern motorway).
