This self-catering house fullfill many peoples idea of the perfect self-catering accomodation in Granada. It is located in a very quiet area at the top of the old part of town, where you can feel the essence of the historic muslim quarter of Granada, the Albaicin, known for the charm or its narrow pedestrian streets and little squares.

This is a traditional house built in a rustic style and makes up along with Casa La Grana a “Carmen”, the Albaicin’s typical house with its own private garden, where fruit trees and roses grow and from where you can enjoy privileged sights of the Alhambra, Sierra Nevada and the Albaicin. You will have the feeling of being in the country although the house is only 5 minutes walk to “Mirador de San Nicolas”, 15 to the very centre of Granada, 20 to the Alhambra and 10 to the Sacromonte. There are small shops near and little bars and restaurants in the maze like cobblestone streets, some of them 2 minutes away from the house.

Distances: 40 km to Sierra Nevada ski resort, 70 km to the beach and 60 km to “Las Alpujarras”.

Because of its size it's a perfect accomodation for a couple or a family with 1 or 2 children.

You can park in San Luis street, next to the house. * Maximum capacity: 4 people, although the house is best for 2 people.

				Low Season Price:	€40 per Day
				High Season Price:	€55 per Day

Prices: they change depending on the number of nights and people. 80 € is the price for a group of 2 a day. It rises to 90 for a group of 3 or 4. For a 3 nights stay prices are: 180 for 2 people and 243 for 3 or 4 people. Please ask the price for a different lenght stay. Minimum stay: 2 nights. On spanish bank holidays you will have to reserve the whole period. Booking: To make a reservation you will be required a downpayment in advance. You will have to pay the rest on arrival. A rental contract will be signed. There is no refund of the deposit if you cancel. If you have to cancel for reasons covered by your travel insurance we will provide you with proof of payment so that you can make a claim. Deposit: On arrival a breakages/damage deposit of 100€ in cash will be taken. You will be given a receipt. This money will be returned on leaving. Check in time: 5 pm. Check in time could be earlier if the house had been empty the previous night.
