GENERAL DESCRIPTION 
 
Solar Montes Claros is a charming house located in the heart of the Albayzín, Granada's old Arab quarter and World Heritage by UNESCO. A neighbourhood that maintains its southern beauty, and from its highest point, a wonderful view of the city, that can be contemplated within the tranquillity this old area has never lost. Besides, due to its location, "Solar Montes Claros" becomes an ideal spot offering a lovely view of the Alhambra palace. 
 
This house has been furnitured to provide relax and pleasure to the senses. Inspiring peaceful corners of unique beauty to provide relax and pleasure to the senses of the guests. Each spot has been extremely well-furnished with a charming moorish style very minded style. In fact, the rooms are named as far-off kingdoms of the East : Saba, Fenicia, Sumeria, Asiria, Nubia, Persia and each room has very selected details to justify its name. 
 
An ideal choice for an unforgettable Andalousian holiday. No smoking allowed inside the house. Rate applied for a maximum of 12 people. 7% VAT included. 
 
ACCOMODATION AND FACILITIES 
 
Four floors. Ground floor: : Stairs lead down to the entrance of the house and entrance hall. From the entrance we reach one of the double rooms (Fenicia) and upstairs the luxury appartment "Saba". " Fenicia" is a wooden ceiling double room with a king size bed (1,80 x 1,80m), complete bathroom and access to a private terrace with lovely views to the old quarter Albayzín and to the Alhambra palace.  
 
"Saba" has a wooden ceiling- bedroom with a double bed (1,50 x 1,80 m) and direct access to one of the two private terraces. This appartment includes also a living room with a french kitchen and a complete bathroom. 
 
The next floor downstairs includes another two bedrooms: "Sumeria" and "Persia". Both bedrooms have king size beds (1,80 x 2 m), a complete bathroom with an extra XXL-size bathtub and flowers surrounded balconies with lovely views to the old quarter Albayzín and to the Alhambra palace.  
 
 
The ground floor includes the last two bedrooms of the house: "Nubia" and "Asiria" . Both bedrooms have king size beds (1,80 x 2 m), a complete bathroom and private terraces with outdoor furniture. All the rooms have also internet and climatization system.  
Besides, the grounfloor leads to the Arab patio with diverse dinning areas for eating "al fresco". The patio is surrounded by plants, fruit trees, a mosaic fountain and a moorish style wooden pergola that holds climbing plants and brings shadowy spots to avoid the heat during the most intense months. The patio leads down to the "txoko": a warm and cozy living room with views to the winter garden and furnished with a large sofa and a wonderful wingchair to relax looking at the fireplace and it is also equipped with a library, TV and music system. The living room connects to the dining room with seats for 12 people and the kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances including fridge freezer, 5-ring gas hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with laundry facilities as washing machine and dry machine.  
 
Facilities include:WI-FI, Telephone, TV, climatization system, Music System (CD Player), Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Dryer, Microwave, fireplace, library with spanish writers selected books and Andalousia and Granada tourist guides, Outdoor Furniture.
