This modern one bed roomed apartment in the Sierra Nevada Ski resort offers
comfortable accommodation for up to 7 guests in its cleverly designed layout.

The open plan living/dining/kitchen area has a large sofa bed
which will comfortably sleep 2 people, there is a stylish round dining table
and a well equipped kitchenette which is fitted with a 2 ring hob, microwave,
coffee percolator and under the counter fridge with small freezer compartment.
The large picture windows give stunning views of the Sierra Nevada Ski resort
and ski slopes. A flat screen t.v. is installed in the living area with Spanish terrestrial
reception.

A passage way leads from the front door into the living area and here are cleverly
located 2 fold away bunk beds. A sliding door between here and the living room affords added privacy.
In addition there is a separate bedroom with one single bed and a second set of fold away
bunk beds, so offering sleeping accommodation for 7 guests in all.

The fully tiled modern bathroom has a full bath with shower over, hand basin,
w.c. and bidet.

The whole of the apartment is heated with very efficient underfloor heating thus keeping
you warm and cost at all times.

An added bonus for guests of the Monte Oiz 2 apartments is an underground car parking space
which is invaluable as car parking can be very difficult in the ski resort. There is also a lock up
for your ski equipment and a lift from here to the apartments.


Sierra Nevada and Granada

The Ski Resort of the Sierra Nevada has been purpose built to provide an excellent base
from which to enjoy all manner of sports in the surrounding mountains.Here you can buy your
ski passes and access a variety of different ski lifts to the various ski stations
throughout the mountains.Our on site representatives will be happy to organize passes,
lessons and equipment hire etc.for you if required, just let us know and everything can be
arranged for your arrival.

The modern apartment block of Monte Oiz 2, where this studio apartment is found is
located up the hill, a very pleasant 10 minute walk away from the main plaza.

The resort is well endowed with plenty of shops, bars, restaurants,equipment hire shops
etc. so when not skiing or snow boarding there is plenty to keep you occupied. You can
either get to the town via the winding road, the various stairways or by the easier option
of the nearby ski lift.The slightly elevated position of this ski apartment gives it the
advantage of the most marvelous views over the town and mountains and the benefit of
being able to enjoy spectacular sun set.



The historic and beautiful City of Granada is a short drive away and here you can visit
the famous Alhambra Palace or enjoy exploring the old part of the city with its
interesting shops and delightful bars and restaurants. Granada airport is less than an
hour away and now has plenty of budget priced flights landing there.

The Sierra Nevada Ski Resort offers perfect skiing in magical surroundings at prices generally lower than its northern European competitors. It comes as a surprise to many that such wonderful skiing can be found so far south, literally within a 2 hours drive of the sun drenched Mediterranean beaches.

This southerly location means you are practically guaranteed sunshine and brilliant conditions for your skiing trip whilst affording you the deepest ski tan you are likely to get anywhere.Visitors are constantly amazed at the brilliant blue skies and sunny days in spite of which the snow lasts well and in fact, as it is one of Europe´s highest ski resorts, boasts a long season,normally opening at the end of Nov. and running through to the end of April or even,sometimes,into the first week of May.
Facilities in this purpose built ski resort are of the highest standard and there is plenty of variety for all levels of skiers and snow boarders.

High Season Rate: 360.00 euros per day. Mid season Rate: 330.00 euros per day. Low season Rate: 280.00 euros per day. All prices are fully inclusive of electricity, linen, towels and parking. Minimum Rental 2 nights however there is a cleaning surcharge of 35.00 euros for all bookings under 3 nights duration. 50% deposit secures with the balance due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.
