This pretty holiday villa with swimming pool is set in an Andalusian finca of 37 hectares in the beautiful Natural Park of the Mountains of Grazalema near Jerez de La Frontera in Cádiz, the province of the Pueblos Blancos, the pretty white villages, and home of the famous sherry bodegas in Jerez. 5mins away the pretty village of Villamartin also has archealogical remains that are well worth a visit. 
This excellently equipped house has been beautifully decorated, is very comfortable and has a real Spanish feel. The views over the surrounding countryside and to the mountains from anywhere in the spacious house 400m2 are spectacular. There are two large terraces; one of them has a barbecue and picnic area for al fresco dining with incredible views. The size and proportions of this villa make it ideal for large families or groups of families and friends holidaying together. It boasts three living-rooms, one of which is on the first floor and has large bay Windows with stunning views. The cortijo mixes traditional style and modern features; old fashioned kitchen and modern bathrooms. The thick walls keep the Cortijo pleasantly cool in the summer months and there is a fan in each bedroom. This is an ideal holiday home from where to explore the picturesque inland Andalucia, the capital Seville, historic Ronda or Moorish Cordoba. 
 
Location : 1.5km to Villamartin (all facilities). Jerez is only at 20 minutes driving, Sevilla 40 minutes, and beaches 40 minutes. Distance to golf 10km. Villamartin is renowed for its gastronomy and handicraft, there is a lot to explore in the vicinity: the interesting nature park of Grazalema, the blue watters of Lake Zahara and the picturesque village of Zahara de la Sierra (oil mill) or Bornos and its roman heritage, majestic lake and gastronomic restaurants.

Facilities Outside: Terrace, Garden furniture, Built-in barbecue, Swimming pool (6m x 4m; 1m - 2m deep), there is a third terrace with furniture garden and lovely views going up from the first floor. There are electric fans in the bedrooms.There are two more extra beds in an adjoining twin bedroom (that communicates with a double bedroom).

Despite its peninsular character, it is the capital of a frontier land, which from the steep peaks of its mountains falls into the sea. Nature and man, in a perfect symbiosis, making up a diversified landscape full of beauty and charm: Spanish fir groves, cork oaks, pine groves, vineyards, as well as productive farming lands housing white villages of magnificent architecture and a rich varied gastronomy.  
 
The Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean extend throughout a littoral of 260 km of sandy beaches, from the Guadalquivir mouth to the beaches bordering the province of Malaga. To the South, at the end of Tarifa the “Oceanian Sea” and the “Mare Nostrum” melt its waters together, fusing gently the shorelines of both continents.

Weekend price per night: 24 Euros per person and per night. At weekends reservations are made for a minimum of 8 people. Price per person and per night sleeping in an adjoining twin bedroom (persons 13 and 14): 15€. Easter, Christmas and Bank holidays are considered high season. July and August it is rented for complete weeks. Minimum stay at weekends: 2 nights. Prices include VAT. Rental deposit required on reservation: 50% of total price. Balance due: 4 weeks before. Security deposit required on arrival: 200€. Credit cards accepted.
