Activities
A direct drive to the coast (around 20 minutes) will bring you to San Juan de Los Terreros, a lovely little holiday resort with great beaches and a board walk with beach bars, cafes and restaurants. Other nearby resorts (approx. 25-30 minutes drive) is Mojacar and Garrucha. Mojacar is probably the largest and most known resort along the Costa de Almeria and has many miles of beaches along with a large shopping mall. Garrucha is a delightful fishing village with many seafood restaurants.
Fantastic golf facilities available nearby at the renowned Valle del Este course and complex (20 minutes drive) and the Desert Springs Course and Resort (20-25 minutes drive).
