Vacation Rental Description
500 m behind the village of Gádor, surrounded by orange groves, lies our farmhouse. At night one hears only cicadas, frogs and foxes; the stars seem close enough to touch.
The charming apartment is tastefully decorated and has two bedrooms with two beds each, a fully equipped kitchen, living room (with additional sleeping facilities, satellite and Spanish TV, CD player, air conditioning, shower, terrace with garden furniture and internet connection via WiFi. The living area has approximately 75m².
Several smaller shops (bakers, butchers, supermarkets) can be found in Gádor. For larger purchases, you have many possibilities in a radius of about 12 km.
From here beautiful excursions into the Sierra de Gádor can be done along the Rambla (dry river course), lying directly before the house. Trips into the Sierra Nevada and to Almería (approx. 15 km) or into the nature park Cabo de Gata with its solitary beaches should stand unconditionally on the program.
In Gádor you find a public swimming pool and several sport possibilities and in the vicinity 2 Arabic thermal baths invite for relaxing.
One of the most important European archaeological finding sites lies only 5 km away. Also culinary our village has much to offer. We would be happy to give tips.

    Rates: Jan., Feb., Mar., Oct., Nov., Dec.: 43,- € Apr., May, Jun., Jul., Aug., Sep.: 53,- € All prices are per day and apartment. The rent contains all additional expenses, as bed linen, towels, bath-towels and final cleaning. To pay the day of departure is the current consumption, its prices is actually 0.20 EUR/kWh. For each additional person, who exceeds maximum allocation, has a charge of 10% of the whole rent and must be expressly allowed. Domestic animals according to agreement. Payment: In the case of reservation a pre-payment of 25% of the total rent becomes due. The remaining amount must be settled at the latest on the day of the arrival and the current consumption the day of departure. Cancellations: Following cancellation fees (per total rent) will be charged: Until 60 days before arrival: 10% Between 59 and 30 days: 25% Between 29 and 7 days: 70% Less then 7 days: 100% Minimum Stay: 4 days
