Villa Teresa is an exceptionally well appointed 3 bed roomed holiday villa situated in a peaceful location just outside the town of Albox in Almeria. It is a very comfortable first class villa with both a private swimming pool and a tennis court set in fully walled and gated grounds, absolutely perfect for a relaxing family holiday.

The fully air conditioned accommodation has a large and sunny living/dining room which has 2 comfortable settees, a solid wood dining table and full satellite t.v. there is also an internet connection.

The modern and well fitted kitchen is clean and bright and fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and full size fridge/freezer plus plenty of pots,pans, crockery and glassware to ensure you want for nothing during your holiday here.

Of the 3 bed rooms there are 2 double and one twin rooms.One of the double bed rooms has an en-suite shower room and the other has its own small plasma t.v.connected to the satellite system. The twin room also has a t.v. for watching videos on. In addition there is a full family bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Outside, the villa benefits from large grounds in which here is a beautifully maintained swimming pool, plenty of patio areas, a BBQ, a furnished pergola and a private tennis court. The pool has a low wall around it with a gate so it is very safe for young children.

A large wall also surrounds the whole property giving you privacy and security, double gates give you access into the courtyard where there is plenty of parking space.

This lovely villa is situated just outside the town of Albox, which is only 5-10 minutes drive away and here you will find plenty of shops, banks, bars and restaurants. The popular seaside town of Mojacar is also easily accessible with its beaches, restaurants and its lovely old town set in the hillside.

The villa is easily reached by good roads from Almeria Airport where there are regular flights to and from the U.K. Easyjet have a regular route from Gatwick and Stanstead to this aiport.

Granada airport also has a good selection of flights from the U.K. now and this is within easy distance of Villa Teresa. In fact whether you fly into here or not Granada is another place definitely worth visiting if you are holidaying here, not only does it have the beautiful and famous Alhambra Palace but also excellent shops and restaurants and the delightful old quarter with winding streets and pretty plazas.For winter visitors there is of course the attraction of the Sierra Nevada.

All prices are fully inclusive of electricity, gas,linen, towels and cleaning. The simplest and safest method of payment is either via online transfer from your online account to mine or by an electronic transfer direct from your bank to mine. You can also pay by personal cheque or direct counter payment at any branch of the Abbey Bank, full details sent at the time of booking. You may also pay using paypal but unfortunately as a result of paypal´s charges to the recipient, they make none to the sender, this method incurs a 4% surcharge on all monies sent. However for visitors outside Europe this may still prove the best method.
