The villa is set on a hillside on the edge of the village and provides stuning views of open countryside. The accommodation provides kitchen/diner,lounge diner, double bedroom and bathroom 1 on the ground floor, with bedrooms 2,3, and bathroom 2 together with master bedroom featuring en-suite and private terrace on the first floor.All the bedrooms on the first floor feature large built in wardrobes , the bedrooms are split into two rooms with king size beds and two rooms with singles.The en-suite is roomy and consists of marble walls and floor. The terrace is large and private and affords fantastic views.The kitchen is equipped with all the home comforts , with a gas hob for those unforeseen spanish power cuts ! There is a dishwasher/washing machine/fridge freezer and microwave. The lounge features a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, extendable dining table, wall mounted lcd tv , with sky and dvd player.The lounge and hall way floors are laid to marble as is the staircase.
Outside is the newly fitted swimming pool with large patio area around , to the rear of the property is the 6 person hot tub and smaller patio area.The garden is mainly hard landscaped with feature planting and is private but still allows views of open countryside.
The villa is a home from home experience but with the added bonus of good weather and the friendly Spanish culture.

The villa is modern in design but has kept its spanish feel with marble floors and staircase .The main bedroom has ensuite bathroom and terrace with outstanding views of open countryside.The kitchen is well equipped with oven/hob ,fridge/freezer, and solid stone worktop.The lounge area has two sofas,lcd tv with sky,dining area with table and chairs and large windows giving a good view of the pool and patio area.The villa is set on a hillside a ten minute stroll from the town square with its restaurants and bars (low key).There is a supermarket a short stroll away.There are numerous good class golf courses nearby ,the nearest beach is 20 mins by car.The area is famous for its migratory bird species,there is an equestrian centre nearby along with off road quad biking .This area of Spain is still unspoilt by tourism and is steeped in history,Gibraltar,Sevilla,Cadiz and Jerez just a few to mention.Jerez airport is 30 mins away.

There are numerous high class golf courses nearby, quality restaurants are the norm not rare , there is a childs play area ( with soft floor and Drinks/ice cream kiosk) less than 5 mins walk away.The equestrian centre at Montemedio offers horse riding/trekking as well as quad bike trails ( supervised ).
There is a zoo at jerez as well as a cinema , local shops will provide all you will need but for larger more commercial shopping head for San Fernando ( 30 mins by car) or Chiclana ( 20 mins).
The whole of the costa de la luz is there to be explored and will give you a real insight into unspoilt Spain.
The beaches are of a very high standard and stretch for miles, Tarifa offers world famous wind sports both on land and water.
