The villa and garden is on one level.

Fabulous pool 10x6m, with walk in steps to the shallow end and metal steps to the deep end. The deep end is 2.10m which makes it ideal for diving and swimmimg lengths. Authentic Argentinean BBQ. Terraced area surrounding pool area and house. 6 sun loungers, two tables, 6 chairs and 2 beach loungers. Large parasol and gazibo offering plenty of shade. The pool area and garden is surrounded with beautiful plants and trees. Large pressed concreted area to front of property. Amply parking for 4 cars and a great play area for the kids. The front of the property is walled and secluded by plants allowing privacy. The pool area is to the rear of the property and is completely private.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is extremely comfortable and ideal for a wonderful family holiday. The property is completely fenced with grassed areas as well as terraced and is great for kids. We respectfully request that smoking is not permitted within the villa.

Low Season Price : £300
High Season Price : £850 per Week


24/12-6/1 £500, 7/1-28/4 £350, 29/4-23/6 £450, 24/6-8/9 £850, 9/9-3/11 £450, 4/11-23/12 £300.

Booking Notes: 20% non refundable deposit upon booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure, including a refundable damage deposit of £150. A minimum of 1 week booking periods wil be accepted. Discounts will be given for bookings of 3 or more weeks.
