Located in the middle of the ‘old’ quarter of town, 5 mins walk from shops, bars and restaurants. Close to Benalup golf course. 30 mins to coast.It’s a town house, built in 2004, very close to the church square (they thought- fully turn off the chimes between 11pm and 8 am!). On the ground floor there is a large, cool living/dining room, hallway, cloakroom and a modern and well-equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and large fridge. Outside, there is a private patio, good for eating out. On the first floor there is one double bedroom with king-size bed and one twin bedroom available, a bathroom with bath, shower and bidet, and stairs leading up to a 47m2 roof terrace with a stonking 270° panoramic view out over the Parque Natural to the sierras beyond. Vejer, Medina Sidonia, Jerez and Cadiz are all in easy reach, as are the sensational beaches of the Costa de la Luz.

				Low Season Price:	£200 per Week
				High Season Price:	£400 per Week

Provisional bookings: These will be held up to one week pending written confirmation accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of 20%. You will receive a confirmation of booking. Payment in full: This is due 4 weeks prior to the date of arrival. If payment is not received by the due date, the owner reserves the right to give notice in writing that the reservation is cancelled. The client remains liable to pay the balance of rental unless the owner is able to find another rental. In the event of cancellations: Refunds of amounts paid will only be refunded if the owner is able to re-let the property for the specified period. Security deposit: A sum of £200 will be required with the final payment. (Please make out a separate cheque for this amount)- it will not be cashed unless necessary. Payment by cheque or PayPal accepted.
