In the Costa de la Luz area of Andalucia you will experience a taste of the 'real spain' with its people, culture and atmosphere. The villa is situated on a golf course by the mouth of the river Guadalquivir in the historic seaside town of Sanlucar de Barrameda.

This is a new imposing detached villa fully furnished to a high standard with all modern amenities and off road parking for two cars. The back garden slopes down to an 8 x 4 metre private infinity pool overlooking the golf course. There are uninterrupted panoramic views across undulating countryside onto the horizon. The property is within a 5 minute drive to Supermarkets and the seaside town of Sanlucar de Barrameda, world famous for the production of ‘Manzanilla’ sherry and for its ‘Langostinos'.

The master double bedroom & the second twin bedroom each have en-suite bathrooms with bath and shower. The third and fourth bedrooms contain twin beds, with the large fourth bedroom also having a seating area which means this could be used as a separate family room, adding additional beds if required. Sanlucar is 50kms north of Cadiz, the oldest city in Europe.

    Local activities include cycling, fishing, golf, horse riding, swimming, walking and. water sports. In addition to the Sanlucar Club de Campo (where the villa is located) there are several excellent golf courses within easy reach, including Sherry Golf in Jerez and Montecastillo where the Volvo Masters has been played for the last few years. The Sanlucar course is interesting and challenging and there are reduced green fees and buggy hire. We recommend that you check with the tourist information office for the dates of the regular fiesta's and carnivals before booking.

    You can walk along the beautiful sandy beach to the fishing village of Bonanza or peruse interesting shops along the narrow streets of Sanlucar. The fish and fruit market is a must, then a coffee in the old Palace.
