The back terrace has a table and 6 chairs,BBQ and water feature. 
El Rompido championship golf course,5 minute drive.

The house is a 5 minute drive to the beach.The coast line stretches from Gilbrater to the Portuguese Algarve.The beaches are very clean and have beach bars/restaurants(chiringuitos).Mainly Spanish holiday makers with a few english and Dutch. 
Faro airport is a 1 hour drive from the villa and is very straightforward.Seville is 1 hour 20 mins away.A rental car is essential. 
Seville is a 1 hour drive away,Huelva from where Christopher Columbus sailed is a 15 min drive away.The Portuguese border is a 2o min drive from the villa. 
Cartaya is set around acres of pine forests and is great for walking,cycling and horse riding.The village has lots of restaurants,bars,banks and shops.The beaches of Rompido and Portil are great for all types of water activities from kite surfing to fishing. 
To secure your accommodation a 25% deposit is taken on confirmation of the booking.This deposit can be paid by bank transfer.The full balance of the holiday will be required 8 weeks before the date of the start of the holiday with a security deposit of £450. 
Changeover days are flexible to fit in with flights.Arrival times should not be before 2pm to allow time for guests to depart and cleaning be done.Departing guests should leave by 11am unless otherwise arranged.
