The Master Bedroom
The en-suite master bedroom features air conditioning and a brand new king sized double bed and built-in wardrobes.
The decorations, fixtures and fittings are chic and simple and the room is light and airy with double door windows leading you out on to the spacious veranda terrace. Linen provided.


The Second Bedroom
This spacious air conditioned bedroom is tastefully decorated and has a double wardrobe with 2 single beds. A separate shower and toilet are conveniently located next to the bedroom. Linen provided.

The Third Bedroom
Situated on the top floor of the house with an open roof space as an added feature, double doors lead to the veranda terrace with views over the 14th fairway of the Nuevo Portil Golf Course and the pool and garden area. Linen provided.

The Kitchen
The modern, fully fitted kitchen has all the mod cons that a family could ever wish for and need to make their stay an enjoyable one!
Equipped with top brand appliances and finished with granite work tops and brushed steel accessories the kitchen is a pleasure to cook in. The beech cupboard doors and trims coupled with the steel fronted fridge freezer, microwave and washer help to give the kitchen a clean and modern look. All utensils & crockery incl. - plesae don't steal any!

A tasteful modern shower room with stylish fittings and features, power shower, wc and towels provided.

The Grounds and Swimming Pools
The townhouses have a gate leading you into the communal garden and main pool area & childrens pool - 50 yard walk.
The swimming pool is usually open between may to september - lifeguard in situ

There is ample parking in the grounds of the complex.
