Ground floor apartment in restored andalucian townhouse only 150m from Jerez main square.  
 
As you walk into the apartment the first impression is of the stone arches in the living room which are probably about 500 yrs old. There is a small but well equipped kitchen and a light and spacious living/dining area with TV and sofabed. Through the living room is the double bedroom and then the bathroom. The furniture is mostly restored antiques. In total 45m2 plus 17m2 private patio ideal for dining outside.  
The most remarkable feature is the quiet inside the house compared to the bustle only a short distance away.  
Shared pool in Alhambra style enclosed patio, roof terrace with sunbeds and hammock for all day relaxing. Underground car park 150m. 
At least 50 bars or restaurants less than 5 minutes walk. 
Wifi internet. Laundry facilities. Sheets and towels included
