Completed the full renovation in Dec 2005, on the second floor of a jerez style quiet old residential building in the very convenient Jerez city centre. Just a 3 minute walk to Villamarta Theatre.

    MINIMUM STAY: 3 nights (except peak period) PRICE: One set of bed linen, hand and bath towel (no beach towels provided) per week, a final cleaning service and utilities are included. PAYMENT: A 30% non-refundable deposit (*) is required to secure booking and the balance is payable in cash on your arrival, otherwise a full payment may be arranged by bank transfer 6 weeks before arrival date. A refundable breakage/damage deposit of EUR 150 is payable on key hand-over. (*) The deposit is however, transferable with 6 weeks notice for off peak period and 10 weeks notice for peak period before arrival date - subject to availability.
