This property is the premier penthouse in the area situated on the 5th floor of the beachfronted development of Playa Verde on the island of Isla Canela in the Costa De La Luz on the border of Portugal and within easy access to the Algarve. Go west to the developed Algarve or east into the rustic unspoilt Spain. Within easy access to the fantastic golf courses the area has to offer including the recently opened pre-eminent golf course at Monte Rei (25 minutes from the penthouse). 
 
The penthouse consists of 118 sq mtrs of interior space and a further 255sq mtrs of outdoor terracing with triple aspects. The views from the terrace truly have to be seen to be believed. The main aspect overlooks the the beach and sea whilst the 2nd and 3rd aspects overlook the marina at Punta Del Moral and the island including the bird sanctury and protected wetlands. On the terrace there is an outdoor kitchen and also a heated hot tub and outdoor shower along with loungers and a fabulous seating areas you can really enjoy the indoor outdoor life.  
 
The property is secure incorporating roller blinds on windows and terrace doors and a superior multi-bolt front door. 
 
From the apartment the marina is a 10 minute walk away. Here you will find restaurants and bars, a supermarket and cash point. There a some great restaurants in the fishing village of Punta del Moral also very good quality beach bars which in the summer months have live music.

    This really is the most fantastic apartment.
    When we arrived we just looked at each other in amazement that we were to spend our holiday here.
    The views truly have to be seen to be beleived. The beach the Marina the wetlands where we saw a group of Flamingoes.
    We cooked freshly caught fish that we bought in the market at Ayamonteon the outdoor kitchen. We drank Cava in the Jacuzzi under the stars.
    Will definately return and thoroughly reccomend it

    Absolute class, a place where you can forget the world around them.
    We felt comfortable in the super tastfully furnished penthouse.A wonderfull big terrace with Jacuzzi and views of the Atlantic and the beautiful landscape.
    Ayamonte is a typical spanish town, you can quickly to Portugal so a great startingpoint for many companies.We have not missedit all was simply availability of spices in the kitchen to plentyof dishes, pots, etc. The Outdoor kitchen is fantastic, we have a lot of grilled. Good support by Marcello!
    Graet music library!! iPod-Dockingstation, DVD library, even though you do not need them in the summer because the night sky has much more to offer and you can enjoy the sound of the sea. Unfortunabely, our vacation was over too quickly.
