Main Description
The Casita "Al Andalus" has been recently completely renovated (new bathrooms, new tiles, painted, new windows etc.). The work has been done very nicely in moorish/andalusian style.

On the ground floor/souterrain are the two bedrooms. One bedroom with double bed and window to the street (with air condition) and the second with two single beds. The wall between the bedrooms is decorated with an original Moroccan wooden window. Additionally there is a small shower bathroom on the ground floor. The bedrooms are connected.

The first floor with the large (23 m²) living room with built-in moorish sofa and dining area. Through an arch you enter the the small but good equipped kitchen. The sofa could be used for two more people to sleep. The living room is decorated with Moroccan furniture. The roof terrace offers sea views and is equipped with chairs, table and a barbecue to relax and enjoy the sun.

On the roof terrace is the second bathroom with washing machine, shower and toilet.

Casita "'Al Andalus" is located in the heart of the fishermans quarter of Conil close to the beach "Los Bateles" and the historic town centre (2-3 min. walk).

Shops, Bars and Restaurants are in proximity. The house is situated in a cul de sac.
