3 bedroom spacious penthouse apartment. Fully air-conditioned. Overlooking shared pool located on the Costa Esuri Golf Development. Walking distance from Golf Clubhouse and Golf Course. Easy access from Faro(45 minutes by car). Shops, beaches, restaurants, nature reserves, other Golf Courses all within a 15-20 minute drive. Availability is as per website - kept up to date daily. 
 
• We have appointed a local managing agent, the Purple Parrot Group(an English team) so that you have a local contact for any questions or information. The main terrace enjoys sunshine literally from dawn to dusk. 
 
• The apartment, being a penthouse, is on the second floor (no lift) being the only apartment entrance on this floor. 
 
• Terrace table with 4 chairs and sun umbrella, beach chairs, loungers even couple of lilos (although we can't guarantee they will still be inflatable at the time of your visit!) 
 
• All the usual facilities(banks, restaurants, shops)are available in Ayamonte and surrounding towns but with the added advantage of the same also being available in Portugal which is just 10 minutes away.

BEACH: The beaches in the area are stunningly beautiful and not crowded. We provide a guide in the apartment of all the local Spanish beaches with information about life guards, toilets, restaurants etc. They are between 10 and 20 minutes drive (depending on which one you choose). Then of course all the beaches of the Portuguese Algarve start just a 15 minute drive away including the popular Praia Verde. 
 
GOLF: There are two outstanding golf courses in the complex with exceptional deals fopr visitors. Other courses in the area include: Bellevista, Corta Atalaya, Dunas de Donana, Isla Canela, Islantilla(resort), Nuevo Portil, El Rompido(resort). In Portugal there are Benamor, Quinta da Cima, Castro Marim, Monte Rei Golf & Country Club(designed by Jack Nicklaus), and the new Seve Ballesteros Quinta do Valle.
