This is a luxury 3 double bed Duplex Apartment which sleeps 6 people and is fully air conditioned. Ideal for beach, golf, walking, relaxing and cultural holidays. For bird lovers there are many species of exotic birds to be seen locally. The apartment is located on a new golf resort of Costa Esuri, 5 minutes drive from the quaint Spanish Border Town of Ayamonte and 15 minutes drive from the golden beaches of Isla Canela. The Portuguese border is 3 minutes away giving access via a new bridge over the Guardiana River to the Algarve. In fact this part of southern Spain is also known as The Spanish Algarve. Perhaps the most attractive feature of the apartment is the huge terrace overlooking the the beautiful well maintained gardens and swimming pool. The terrace has been equiped with sunbeds and dining facilities while inside there is a fully equiped kitchen and a large lounge diner complete with satalite T.V.,Hi Fi and DVD player.

    • Outside the apartment there is plenty of roadside parking available. There is a fridge/freezer in the fully equiped kitchen for ice making, a utility area with a folding dryer for hanging clothes. The air conditioning converts to warm air in the cold weather. Shops and all small town amenities are only 10 minutes drive away in Ayamonte where there are several choices of supermarket and other small shops, banks restaurants and a large marina.

    • The Costa de la Luz is renowned for its 32km of unspoilt beaches all along the coastline.These continue in the Algave in Portugal 5 mins drive away. Isla Canela is 10 minutes drive from the apartment.This beach forms a shallow lagoon when the tide's out.It also provides a water sports centre where sailing dinghies, wind surfers and jet skies can be hired. Bicycles can be hired in Ayamonte. 
    Golf; The Costa Esuri Championship course is 5 minutes walk away from the apartment with the club house at the end of the Manzana. Within 25 miles of the border each way golfers are spoilt for choice:  
    Isla Canela golf resort(18 holes,10mins drive)Islantilla(27 holes,15mins drive),El Rompido(18 holes),Nuevo Portil(18 holes),Quinta da Ria & Cima(both 18 holes)available in Spain.  
    While just over the bridge in Portugal, Castro Maxim,Benamor,Quinta do Bale, Monte Rel are among the numerous options in Portugal.
