Situated on the ground floor, with it's own private access to the pool and garden area from the sun drenched patio, this well equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is ideally situated for a perfect holiday. If you have a larger party we know several other owners who have properties in the same Manzana available for rent - just let me know your requirements. 
 
Just 3-5 minutes walk from the Golf Clubhouse, with it's practice areas - driving, chipping & putting, it is perfectly situated for a golfing holiday, with over dozen more top quality courses within easy reach. 
 
Furnished to a high standard the apartment boasts air conditioning (plus warm air for the cooler winter months), English TV and DVD together with CD stereo player with aux input for iPod and MP3 players. 
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven & hob, microwave, large fridge / freezer and dishwasher. A separate utility room houses a washing machine and iron & ironing board are also provided.

    • Costa Esuri is situated on the Spanish side of the River Guadiana on the glorious Costa de la Luz coastline of Southern Spain. 
     
    This whole coastline is unspoilt and is home to a massive variety of birdlife. Costa Esuri is a great location for a family holiday while golf and bird watching enthusiasts can enjoy their hobby to the maximum. 
     
    Within easy reach are at least 10 top quality golf courses of Costa de la Luz and just across the river - the Portuguese Algarve. 
     
    There are water parks in both Spain and Portugal within easy driving distance and great Go Kart track is about 30 minutes away. 
     
    There's a wide variety of restaurants in Ayamonte and many, many more all along the coast of both Spain and Portugal.

    Upon confirmation that the dates are available a deposit of 25% of the cost is required with the balance payable 1 month before departure. An invoice will be issued to you along with confirmation of dates. We also require a breakage deposit of £150 that is payable with the final payment and refunded to you after the keys are handed back to our representative and the property has been checked. IF YOU BOOK ONLINE (Using Credit Card) THIS BREAKAGE DEPOSIT IS WAIVED & WE PROVIDE FREE INDEMNITY INSURANCE Our representative will meet you at Costa Esuri to hand over the keys and answer any immediate questions. Please note that the development is situated behind a remote contol operated gate system. A remote controller will be handed to you with the keys and we ask you to leave a deposit of euros 40 that will be returned to you when the keys and remote are returned at the end of your stay.
