This is a new apartment in a small 3 storey block in this gated development. Superbly furnished on the ground floor with it's own small private garden which directly overlooks the swimming pool and is adjacent to one of the two first class golf courses on the Resort. It has two twin-bedded rooms so is perfect for couples or friends as well as families. The main bedroom has a full bathroom ensuite and there is a second shower room. The lounge and dining area has all the facilities you would expect of a first class apartment and an extensive collection of DVDs, CDs and board games are all provided for guests enjoyment including English satellite TV. There is a large terrace, perfect for relaxing and eating al fresco. Everything is provided including bedlinen and towels (not beach) and the management agent is present on the Resort. Allocated car parking directly outside. 
 
The charming traditional Spanish town of Ayamonte is a few kilometres away with its cobbled streets and lovely marina and from where you can take the ferry across the River Guadiana and stroll in the pedestrian streets of Villa Real in Portugal.

    • The property is southfacing and garden table and chairs plus loungers are all provided. The garden is private and secure but is only a few metres from the swimming pools (there is a small kiddies pool next to the main pool).English satellite TV available.
