Vacation Rental Description
Casa Jual is a modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached villa. It is fully furnished with good quality, full sized furniture and appliances including leather sofas and flat screen TV. It also has an 8m x 4m outside, private pool. The villa is located at Roche Viejo in a quiet rural area, overlooking fields and next to woods. It has a lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 double and two twin) and a travel cot/high chair. There is a large covered patio for outside entertaining and second patio to the front. There is a sunny, secure and private lawned garden which surrounds the villa with a brick BBQ and off-road, private car parking. The villa is only 3km from a beautiful beach at Roche, where there is an excellent restaurant and summer bar overlooking the beach with beautiful sea views. A children's playpark, chemist and cafe (summer only) can be found at Roche. You can walk to an excellent greengrocer/mini-market, butcher and venta are all located only 10 minutes away, and a larger supermarket and range of shops shops, including chemist, general store and ceramic shop are 5 minutes away by car.LOCATION: The villa is located in Roche Viejo in an extremely tranquil area, surrounded by fields and pine trees. It is a farming area and very peaceful. The area has some fantastic, unspoiled beaches (including our local beach at Roche) which generally remain uncrowded. Conil, a picturesque white coastal town is within easy reach. It has plenty of restaurants, cafes and tapas bars. Novo Sancti Petri is also close by. A more modern, purpose built resort it also has excellent restaurants and bars, shops, hotels, horse riding and an highly acclaimed 36 hole golf course plus other courses nearby. Bikes can be hired and there is also a medical centre on the outskirts. Sancti Petri is a little further down the coast and offers many water sports including surving, boat trips, canoeing, wind surfing, diving, etc. Other towns/cities of interest nearby are Vejer, Cadiz, Medina Sedonia and Seville. Nearest airport is Jerez, Jerez, approximately 40 mins drive. Seville and Gibraltar airports are approximately 90 mins and Malaga approximately 150 mins.
With regard to disabled access, the villa is all on one level although there is a step from the path to the patio and also one step on the path itself. These steps are quite shallow.
Surrounding Area.: The area is very beautiful and unspoilt. It is also very Spanish and you will not find a lot of English spoken. There are no high rise buildings and our local beach is overlooked only by a small number of villas. It never seems to get crowded but is a little busier in the month of August. For those looking for real Spain, where the Spanish go for their holidays, this is the place for you. Golf: There is a 27 hole golf course, designed by Severiano Ballesteros, approximately a 10-15 minute drive away. There is also a 9 hole golf course available locally.
Other Activities: Aqua park drive away and sports complex at Conil.
Facilities
The villa also has a lounge/diner, kitchen, large covered patio for outside entertaining, a lawned garden and car parking. It is one of a small group of 4 villas situated in a quiet rural area, overlooking fields, but only 3km from a beautiful beach at Roche, where there is a restaurant with beautiful views of the sea. There is a small but excellent greengrocer/mini market a 10 minute walk, and a larger supermarket and shops are only a 5 minute drive away.
Activities
Go-karting, sailing, whale watching, wind surfing, water skiing, tennis, horse riding and other activities are all available in the area. There is an Aqua Park a drive away and a sports complex at Conil. Vejer, Seville, Jerez and Gibraltar are all within easy access for day trips. Morocco can be visited for day trips from Gibraltar. There is a 27 hole golf course, designed by Severiano Ballesteros, which is approximately a 10-15 minute drive away. There is also a 9 hole golf course close by. There are supermarkets of varying sizes up to a 10 minute drive away but the local minimarket is very good and only a 5 min walk. There are shops at Conil and a large shopping mall at San Fernando, approx 15-20 mins in the car.

Owners Profile
We have owned our holiday villa now for 8 years. We have two small boys ourselves and so have endeavoured to make the villa as child friendly as possible with a fenced pool, toys, UVA tent for the beach, beds which can be lowered etc. However, we have also kept it comfortable for adults and think it is an ideal getaway for those who are looking for somewhere quiet, peaceful and relaxing.
