The villa is situated in the rural village of Pago del Humo, it is in its own secluded spot which is walled and gated, safe for children. There is adequate seating and patio areas, where there are sun loungers and a garden table and bench. It has its own private swimming pool, surrounded by patio and grass with lots of plants and fruit trees eg. Pear, mandarin and Lemon trees.
The traditional spanish town of Chiclana is just a short distance from the villa, it has much to offer, including shops, resturants markets and Architecture.
