Vacation Rental Description
La "Huerta de Roche" (approx. 9.000m² plot) located 900m from the beach ''Fuente del Gallo" and 2.5 km from the town of Conil de la Frontera. 8 holiday homes with private gardens surrounded by a large communal garden with swimming pool. El Limonero: Contructed next to the old lemon tree, El limonero is the most veteran of the houses of Huerta Roche. Recently reformed, it conserves the flavour of his original design.El Limonero consists of three bedrooms, one with double bed and own bathroom, one with double bed and with own toilet and one bedroom with 2 single beds. The generous kitchen is totaly equipped with gas hob, oven, refrigerator and washing machine. Finaly the dinning room is provided with an open fire place and direct access to both terraces.Around El Limonero you have a garden of 500 m2 with fruit trees, palms and a lawned area.
El Almendro: A centenial Almond Tree (removed for security reasons) gave the name to this house. A magnificent terrace with a pair of old Olive trees make the hot houres more pleasant and lovers of a sun bath will find serveral patios.
El Almendro has a large kitchen/breakfast room with gas hob, oven and fridge/freezer, Lounge with dinning area, 1 twin bedroom and 1 double bedroom, full bathroom and additional cloakroom with washing machine.Upstairs is locked, only the gound floor is available for lodging. Note: Lodging with central heating from 03/03/07 till 14/04/07 and from 27/10/07 till 01/12/07 including in the price. Other dates 25 EURO per week.
El Pomelo: This accommodation features a unique circular roof terrace. An external staircase leads to a terrace from where you can enjoy the views over the surrounded countryside. From the first floor bedroom with balcony you enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The ground floor is distributed in an open plan lounge, dinning area with wood burning, kitchen with hob, oven and washing machine, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom, bathroom with shower. Upstairs is a double bedroom with shower and balcony.
La Higuera:La Higuera is the most spacious bungalow in the CortijoHuerta Roche. 120m2 are distributed in 1 double bedroom with en-suite WC, 2 twin bedrooms, kitchen with gas hob, oven and fridge/freezer, washing machine, breakfast room, bathroom, large lounge with dining area and open fireplace. La Higuera is surrounded by mature gardens with fruit trees and cypresses. A circular terrace with barbecue leads to the private swimming pool.
El Damasco: At the end of the cortijo's drive, in the shade of an old apricot tree, El Damasco with 80 m2 is located. A 50 0m2 garden with fruit trees surrounds the house. In the back yard you find a terrace where you can enjoy a barbecue.
El Damasco has 1 twin bedroom and 1 double bedroom, a full bathroom with washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen and a living/dining room with fire place. The front porch with patio is ideal to spend the hours of heat in company with a good book and a refreshing drink.
Acacia/Mimosa: This two coquettish twin houses transmit to their visitors a cosy feeling by their distribution and decoration.They have magnificant covered terraces with a wonderfull view to the garden and the communal swimming pool. Acacia and Mimosa have 1 open galleried double bedroom upstair with a large window orientated to the est that allows the sun to greet you in the morning. The ground floor ist distributed in open plan lounge with dining area and american kitchenette, 2-ring electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washingmachine, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower.
El Peral: This house with a wooden beam ceiling shares an elevated position overlooking the communal garden. The private garden with the aroma of lavandas and romeros offers ample opportunity for sunbathing.The house comprises of an open plan lounge, dining area, american kitchenette with 2 ring electric hob.
