The house is in a modern development facing Atalaya Park. 5 minutes walk to the 12.5 km long beach with fine sand. Also 5 minutes to a supermarket and 10 minutes to a fish and vegetable market and the city center. It has an underground garage. Conil is a quiet fishing town from September to June. In July and August the population normally about 18.000 increases to 150,000 due mainly to Spanish tourists. Semana Santa is celebrated with various processions as well as the day of the Virgin Carmen 19th July. Excursions to many of the famous cities of Andalucia, Cadiz 35 km, Seville 190 km, Ronda 150 km. Gibraltar 90 km, Malaga 240 km, Cordoba 250 km. Vejer de la Frontera 15 km. Jerez de la Frontera, famous for its Sherry and race course 60 km. Several Nature Parks and Reserves invite to hikes and excursions by boat or car. Many activities like surfing, kite flying and sailing are available. A full day trip to Tangier, Marocco costs from Tarifa only 66.00 E. Several excellent golf courses, several of international world standard, are also available. The green fees are very reasonable.  
The national park of Donana, famous for its migration birds in spring and fall, can be visited in a day. Ideal for bird watchers. In Barbate in spring you may witness the catching of tuna fish in a 1000 year old method. Local rental cars and transfers can be arranged upon request. Conil is connected by an extensive public bus system to all surrounding cities as far as Malaga.  
Conil has a special micro climate different from the surrounding region being warmer and dryer even than Cadiz. 
The beach of fine sand in front of Conil is wide and stretches for many kilometes. Various beautiful, lonely coves may be reached by car. Stairs have been built to get down to the sea.  
Nearby the house is a health and fitness center.
