Close to the blue flag sandy beaches of La Barrosa (10/15 mins), several golf courses and the shops and restaurants of Chiclana. 1000sq.m plot with lawned garden, private pool, spacious porch with built-in BBQ, sunbeds, garden table and chairs. * Bedroom 1 with double bed, 2 bed tables, 2 bed lamps, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe, mirror, 2 rugs.

* Living / Dining Room: Lounge dining room with 2 and 3 seater, rocking chair, coffee table, large wooden dining
table and chairs for 6 people, corner cupboard. Open fireplace. Large window overlooking the
garden.
Outside & garden: Casa Abril is very enjoyable from the outside. Its large lawned private garden and pool set in 1000sq.m make it an ideal place for families with children. Spacious outside covered porch overlooking the pool and garden with in built BBQ, garden table & 6 chairs, 4 sunbeds, small sink & lighting. Ideal to enjoy the cooling summer breezes while dining or to take a nap on your sunbed in the shade.The garden is irrigated automatically. There are two exterior halogen lights allowing you to take full advantage of the long hot summer nights.
The 8 x 4m pool has large Roman steps and underwater lighting and is regularly cleaned and maintained. Note: The pool is not fenced, therefore clients should consider the suitability of this property for very young or non-swimming children. Children should be supervised in the pool area at all times, particularly the very young.
Cleaning / towels / linen / maid service: Property cleaned for your arrival. Linen and towels (not beach towels) included and changed once a week. Additional cleaning can be requested.
Pool cleaned and garden maintained once a week. Local keyholder lives 2 min away & is on call for any emergency.
Parking for 3 cars behind lockable driveway gate.

The nearest airport is Jerez at a 40 mins drive served daily by Ryanair from Stansted. Seville is a 75 mins drive served by Ryanair, BA and Clickair. Gibraltar is an hour drive served by BA and Monarch. Malaga is a 2h 30 mins drive served by most major airlines. Faro (Portugal) is a 3h 30 mins drive served by most major airlines.
Ideally situated to explore Andalucia. Easy access to motorway.
Visit Jerez (35 mins) for the sherry houses and horses, historical Cadiz (20 mins), Seville (75 mins) or see the apes of Gibraltar (60 mins). For something different, why not head to Tarifa and catch a ferry to Tangiers, Morocco, just over an hour away. The world famous Marina Puerto Banus at Marbella is less than a 2 hrs drive. For some gentle shopping there is Bahia Sur at San Fernando (20 mins). For those more active why not visit Aqualand, at Santa Maria (20 mins) or cross the border to Portugal (2 hrs drive).
There are 7 golf courses, including 4 championship courses, all within 40 minutes drive. If you like to play a round of golf while on holidays and haven´t brought out your clubs, we have both, a ladies´ and a men´s set of clubs at your disposal.
Facilities
The beautiful sandy beach of Sancti Petri and the award winning blue flag beach of La Barrosa are only about a 10/15 mins drive. Generally sheltered from the Atlantic swell and well serviced with showers, changing rooms and toilets. Beach bar/restaurants open all year round. Free parking. There is also a small Marina, where you can hire canoes and jet skies, charter fishing and sub-aqua diving. The surfer´s paradise Tarifa is a 35 mins drive. Aqualand, at Santa Maria (20 mins), is well worth a visit. There are 7 golf courses, all within 40 mins drive: Novo Sancti Petri has 36 holes, San Andres 9 holes, soon to be 18. Campano Golf, Vista Hermosa Golf and Santa Maria Golf are all 9 hole. Costa Ballena Golf course is 18 holes as is Montecastillo. The famous Valderrama Golf Course is an hour drive. If you like to play a round of golf while on holidays, we have both, a ladies´ and a men´s set of clubs at your disposal.
Activities
Chiclana´s two beach resorts have long sandy beaches, amazing sunsets and numerous water sports available such as Boating, Sailing, Diving or Windsurfing at the Marina Sancti Petri.
At the modern harbour, with a mooring capacity for over 700 boats, you will also find a yacht club, along with a windsurfing and sailing school. There are bars and restaurants, too.
At the Marina Sancti Petri you can book boat excursions at sunset, hire a Jetski, or do Kiting.
You can also spend a day at the surfers´ & kitesurfers´ paradise Tarifa where you can also book a trip for Whale and Dolphin Watching.
The length and beauty of the beaches in Chiclana make them ideal for horse riding. You can spend hours travelling up and down the beach taking in spectacular sunsets as you go. There are private clubs where you can hire good horses and the right equipment e.g. Riding Centre Novo Sancti Petri.

Booking notes: To secure a booking we require a non refundable deposit of 25%. The remaining 75% is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. For late bookings, total payment is required at time of booking, payment is by bank transfer. A breakages/damage deposit of £200 is required upon arrival (refunded when the Villa is checked). UK pounds or Euros accepted, Paypal also can be accepted, but please add 4% handling fee.
