Welcome to Casa Flamingo.
Our spacious 3 bedroomed villa looks out onto open fields where horses, donkeys, shhep and goats can be seen grazing. In the distance you can see the white hilltop village of Medina Sedonia, a beautiful sight during the daytime but amazing when the twinkle of lights from the town light up the horizon. Our villa is in the rural village of Pago del Humo and only a short walk to the local venta which is great for an afternoon snack and drink or evening meal.The village supermarket is next door to the venta and here you can buy freshly baked bread along with most other provisions.

The bustling town of Chiclana de la Frontera and its shops is but a 10 minute drive and the glorious beaches of La Barrosa just 15 minutes by car. Our villa is alsao within easy driving distance of Cadiz, Jerez, Seville and Gibraltar.

However, if you are not for the shops or the beach you can relax around the lovely crystal clear 9m x 5 m swimming pool and listen to the birds and the sounds of the Spanish country side.

Changeover day is normally a Saturday, however, this is flexible dependant on season and demand. The villa is available from 3pm on arrival and must be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure. An initial deposit of 25% of the total booking is payable. This will only be refundable if we are able to re-let the villa in the event of cancellation. The balance is required 6 weeks before arrival, along with a £200 deposit to be held as a breakage and damage deposit (refunded when the villa has been checked by our agent). Payment may be by cheque or direct bank credit. Minimum booking period is normally one week.
