Vacation Rental Description
Just imagine a beautiful villa, set in secluded private gardens, minutes from the beach and the wonderfully traditional town of Chiclana de la Frontera. Welcome to Villa Aurora.
This wonderful villa is an ideal holiday home for you and your family or even two families as we can comfortably accommodate 10 people.
No sofa beds!
The villa is set amongst pine trees in the quiet residential area of La Rana Verde. It has five double bedrooms and three bathrooms. The large master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a wonderful 4 poster bed.
All three bedrooms on the 1st floor have patio doors leading out onto the terrace which have beautiful views of the garden and swimming pool. Its just lovely to wake up every morning to sunshine.
Downstairs there is a fully fitted kitchen complete with dish washer and washing machine, microwave and large fridge freezer.
Leading through an arch to a separate dining room with seating for 8.
Off the kitchen is the lounge with leather sofas. English tv, dvd and video players. We have stacks of dvds and videos for you to borrow. There is also a karaoke machine for those of you who fancy a sing song.
We have internet access available via cable free of charge.
There are two further double bedrooms here and a family bathroom.
All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
The house is situated in its own secluded gardens with fruit trees and tropical plants.
We have a bigger than average, 10 x 5 metre swimming pool with roman steps leading in. This makes it much easier to get in and out of the pool.
We also have a table tennis table.
On the lawn there is an ornate table and chairs along with the Spanish BBQ, perfect for dining alfresco and there is another table and chairs under the terrace.
We also have a large covered porch area with comfortable seating for those who prefer the shade, perfect for chilling out with a cool glass of sangria and that welcome afternoon snooze. Its my favorite place in the world.
We are 6 minutes by car to the beach and only 3 mins to the nearest supermarket. There are several Spanish ventas (bars) and restaurants and also a pharmacy nearby.

Facilities
We also have a high chair, bed rail and travel cot available free of charge. Towels for the pool are provided. We have internet access via cable if you wish to be contactable?!
Activities
Villa Aurora is an excellent base for touring. Here are a few of my favourite things to do:
1. See the fantastic horse show in Jerez. No one should miss these magnificent dancing stallions
2. Take the ferry over to Morocco for the day - ride a camel or haggle in the markets for a bargain
3. Drive to Gibraltar (90 mins)take a cable car ride, visit the famous rock, Barbary apes and caves
4. Visit Jerez (40 mins), flamenco, local sherry & brandy bodegas! I can recommend a visit to the Tio Pepe bodega for an organised tour.
Bird watching,Horse riding,Tennis/Padel, Bike riding,Fishing,Walking,Swimming,Snorkelling,Water sports:surfing and body boarding. Also kite surfing and kayaking, Archery, Sailing and Windsurfing,Go karting,Painting,Motor Biking.
Golf. Andalucia's weather makes it possible to play golf the whole year round. There are 10 golf courses, including 4 championship courses, all within 40 minutes drive, from the villa.

We require a £400 deposit to secure your holiday for you, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks before you start your vacation.
