A modern, stylish property, Villa Saramander has everything you desire for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday in the sun. 
 
A detached villa, comprising three double bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom), two bathrooms, lounge/dining room, modern kitchen, the property comfortably sleeps six (plus one cot) and is a two minute drive to the award winning 'European Blue Flag' Barosa beach.  
 
 
To the rear of the property is a private pool, shaded dining area, and lawned sunbathing area. 
 
To the front of the property is a further covered seating/dining area and car parking space for two cars. 
 
This villa has been designed to be ecologically friendly and runs on solar power provided by a high tech solar panel system which is located inconspicuously to the side of property. A bank of high capacity batteries, located in pool house, remain constantly charged from sunlight to cater for all energy requirements. 
 
Facilities  
Satellite Television, Cooking Utensils, Kitchen, Linen Service, Microwave, Parking, Private Pool, Refrigerator, Stereo, TV, Washing Machine, iron & ironing board.  
House towels and bed linen is provided. Beds are made up for your arrival. Bedding and towels are changed each week. There is a cot and highchair for guests to use. Sun lounges and parasols are provided in the garden.

Beach, Biking, Childrens Playground, Cinema, Golf, Gym, Horse Riding, Night Club, Restaurant, Sailing, Shopping, Tennis, Theatre, Water Sports and Rental, Zoo/Wildlife Park. 
 
The Novo Sancti Petri and Roche beachfronts are only a short trip away should you fancy a change of scenery. Situated 10 minutes from the bustling town of Chiclana and only 2 minutes from the Novo Sancti Petri commercial centre. 
 
Golf 
There are two beautiful 18 hole golf courses (one designed by Seve Ballesteros) along with several 9 hole courses only a 5 minute drive away. 
 
Travel 
Jerez is the nearest airport being only a 40 minute drive. Ryanair do some great deals on flights from Stansted. The next closest airport is Seville, just over 1 hour away.
