This apartment was originally two studio apartments bought off plan and converted into one which is why it such a big apartment. It has three bedrooms each one with its own fitted wardrobes. There are two bathrooms, one on suite with two basins. The living room is spacious and it leads out on to a terrace which has a patio table and chairs. As it is a ground floor apartment the gardens and the swimming pool are easily accessible. The apartment also has its own private parking space inside the complex, so there is never any problem in finding a place to park. This complex is next to The Veleros.
One of the best things about this apartment is the peace and quiet even though you may come in the height of the season, here you can relax, enjoy the pool, it will never be crowded and it is ideal for children.
The apartment has a DVD and there is a selection of books in English or Spanish in case you run out of reading material.
One of the best things about this apartment is its location, it is only a short walk away from the beach (approx. 6 minutes) where you will find plenty of shops bars and good restaurants. You can go out in the evening have a few drinks and you don't have to worry about driving home.
