The living/dining room area is comfortable and spacious with marble flooring, it includes Satalite TV, DVD player, CD player, books, CDs, DVDs, games. The dining area seats upto 6 people. The kitchen is fully equiped with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, Microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, the washing machine is in the laundry room as is the iron and ironing board, clothes dryer and pegs. The main bedroom overlooks the golf course and has a king sized bed which can be seperated, fitted wardrobes and en-suite with shower over bath, toilet, sink and bidet. Twin room overlooks the pool area and has 2 twin beds and fitted wardrobes.
The balcony is off the main living room, it has table and chairs plus adjustable awning.

The apartment is situated on the Isla Canela golf course overlooking the 5th tee.
Isla Canela is an area on the Costa de la Luz (Coast of Light). It is a 15 minute drive to Portugal, 10 minutes to Ayamonte town, the marina and beach.
Ayamonte is a typical Andalusian frontier town with whitewashed houses, shops, restaurants, tapas bars and a palmtree lined promenade along its harbour.
The beach is 7km long and therefore never appears to be crowded. It also plays host to many water activities including fishing, windsurfing and kytesurfing. You can walk or cycle along the promenade which will lead you to the marina which has bars, coffee shops, restaurants and shops.
Isla Canela Golf Course clubhouse has a bar,terrace,restaurant,shop and bowling green. Apartment residents are entitled to a reduction in golf fees. There are many more golf courses within a 30 minute drive of the apartment in Spain and Portugal.

Low Season Price : £275
High Season Price : £525 per Week


Prices are for the apartment, linen and towels (not beach/pool towels) are provided, utilities and end of stay cleaning.
The following can be arranged at an extra cost:- welcome pack, additional cleaning
Cancellation charges:-
5-6 weeks = 25%
3-4 weeks = 50%
2 weeks = 75%
1 week = 100%
An non refundable deposit 20% of the total holiday cost is required to secure the booking and the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to departure, at this time we also ask for a seperate damage deposit cheque of £150 which will be returned to you once tha apartment has been checked by our representative.
Long stay, mid-week and long weekend stays are also available please enquire.
