This property is the premier penthouse in the area situated on the 5th floor of the beachfronted development of Playa Verde on the island of Isla Canela in the Costa De La Luz on the border of Portugal and within easy access to the Algarve. Go west to the developed Algarve or east into the rustic unspoilt Spain. Within easy access to the fantastic golf courses the area has to offer including the recently opened pre-eminent golf course at Monte Rei (25 minutes from the penthouse).

The penthouse consists of 118 sq mtrs of interior space and a further 255sq mtrs of outdoor terracing with triple aspects. The views from the terrace truly have to be seen to be believed. The main aspect overlooks the the beach and sea whilst the 2nd and 3rd aspects overlook the marina at Punta Del Moral and the island including the bird sanctury and protected wetlands. From the apartment the marina is a 10 minute walk away. Here you will find restaurants and bars, a supermarket and cash point. There a some great restaurants in the fishing village of Punta del Moral also very good quality beach bars which in the summer months have live music.
