Accommodation
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 and 2 with double beds, both with antique floor tiles. Living room has futon sofabed.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with bath/shower and WC.
Kitchen: Fantastic modern kitchen with fitted cupboards, granite work surfaces, oven, hob, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Big enough for eating with dining table and chairs provided. Iron and ironing board plus hairdryer.
Living Room: Light and spacious lounge with lovely, original floor tiles. New colour LCD TV and DVD. Sofa plus double sofabed. Armchairs.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Bedlinen and towels are provided and changed weekly. The house is thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival.

Notes on accommodation
There are radiators for use during the Winter months but because of the thick walls in the old town of Vejer air-conditioning is not required. NO SMOKING.

Situated above an art gallery in the heart of the medieval quarter, 1 min from the delightful central square - Plaza de Espana with its fountain, restaurants and bars. Vejer de la Frontera was voted the prettiest white hilltop town in Spain and made a heritage site by the Spanish Government. It is the ideal place from which to explore the Atlantic Costa de la Luz (the Coast of Light) and the 'sierras' of Cádiz. Walking, golf, bike riding, trekking, bird watching, painting, Cape Trafalgar, seafaring Cádiz, seemingly endless white beaches, kite surfing, quiet palm filled plazas, the sherry bodegas of Jérez, wind surfing, horse riding through pine forests, a day trip to Tangiers.

The nearest beaches are El Palmar and Caños de Meca, both about a 10 min drive away. Los Caños is a trendy, bohemian place for the freer spirit and El Palmar is a long white strip of sand that stretches for miles down the coast. Golf at international standard in Montenmedio and at Benalup both 15 mins away.

Low Season Price : €350
High Season Price : €675 per Week


30% deposit to book, balance 1 month prior to arrival. £70 deposit for breakages, refundable 10 working days after departure. Check-in times are usually after 2pm and check-out times usually before 11am. My house manager Jeanne will meet you on your arrival in Vejer and accompany you to the flat. She is also on-call throughout your stay for emergencies.
