Vacation Rental Description
This is a three bedroom beachside apartment with a large private balcony. The apartment complex has it's own private access to the beach which is patrolled by lifeguards. Regular sights from the balcony are fishing boats, cruise liners and the Royal Navey keeping the coastline safe. The apartment is fully furnished, and airconditioned. Everything is supplied for a comfortable stay. As it has an eastern elavation it catches the sun well into late afternoon. It has magnificent views, catch the sunrise across the Mediterranean, to the north the spanish Seirra Nevada and to the south the marrocan Riff and Atlas mountains. Gibraltar is steeped in history. It has historic ties to the Marie Celest and Nelson's return from Trafaler.

    • There is plenty to see and do in Gibraltar. There is substantial duty free shopping, take a cable car to the top of the rock and visit the barbery apes, tour the tunnel and caves excavated during the war, take a boat trip to see the dolphins and if you have time take ferry and visit Morroco seven miles away.

    Tariffs are for two sharing. There is a surcharge of £25 pp pw over two. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. A booking will only deemed to have been made when receipt of the deposit has been received. The remainder of the fee plus a £100 bond must be paid six weeks prior to arrival date. No reminders sent, unless requested. If final remittance hasn't been received by this date it will be deemed that the guest has cancelled the booking.
