In a private property of an acre, a beautiful decorated and well equipped andalousian house with hot and cold air conditioning in a very nice and quite surrounding with private salt-water swimming-pool , leasure garden and vegetables and fruits trees area. Four bedrooms with king size beds, a very well funished and modern kitchen with oven, micro-oven, fridge, dish and washing machine - A nice and modern bathroom with shower, Leaving and Dining room - A large terrace which overlook the property equipped for meals and leasure furnitures. Other equipments TV, DVD, Hifi, barbecue, all fournitures for the swimming pool : cot and high chair, sun umbrellas ... 
 
The property is situated at around 3 kms from the Aljaraque village in a very quite and green area, surrounded of pine forests. At 6 kms from Huelva city and 8 kms from the large and family friendly Huelva coast beaches protected by pine forest and sand dunes. Close to the area there are a large 7 parkland golfs at around 20 minutes from the housethe closest one, horse riding, restaurants with excellent andalousian & seafood cooking, excellent wines and also tapas restaurants and beach bars - El Rompido and Punta Umbria marinas are at 12 kms from the house. Seville (90 kms) and Faro Airports (60 kms) are nearby.  
 
Points of interest around Huelva : Very andalusian typical villages like Niebla (where it is produced a well-known summer dance and theather festival in the ruins of the castle) , Moguer, Palos, and the Rabida Monastery (Chistophe Colomb history ) Mazagon beaches -  
 
The National Doñana Park (one of the last great wildernesses of Europe with wilde horses, flamingos and Iberian lynx) is at 40 minutes drive, El Rocio village, Bollullos del Condado famous for their excellent sweet wines, the beautiful country Huelva side villages (they call it "La Sierra") very interesting like Cortegana, Jabugo (famous for the Pata Negra ham), Almonaster la Real, Arroche, Alajar, Aracena, Minas del Riotinto (old iron mines). 
 
And to finalise the area description, Sevilla is around 90 kms drive (motorway) from Huelva, Cadiz is at 150 kms with the white andalousian villages and Jerez de la Frontera and Portugal is at 40 minutes drive (motorway) from the house.
