Vacation Rental Description
Villa Maeve is a charming south - facing residence on a quiet street in the very popular and exclusive Monte de los Almendros. The villa has a heated swimming pool, with a non -chlorinated filtration system and is also just minutes from the community sports centre with its adult and children pools, playground, basketball and soccer area and tennis court. A pass card is provided for our guests  
 
The car park is tiled and just steps away from a mature garden with a large variety of plants and trees. A white gravel path leads through the garden to a spacious terrace with a pool and a breathtaking view of Salobrena castle, the Mediterranean and the surrounding countryside. From the partially covered terrace, a sliding door will take you into an open–plan living /dining room with a fireplace. For entertainment the residence is equipped with television (English and German Satellites), DVD player, a stereo system and wireless internet connection ...with an extensive library of books, CDs and DVDs. 
 
The villa can sleep 6 to 8 persons comfortably as it has three double bedrooms suitable for adults and one semi private bedroom with superimposed single beds more appropriate for children or adolescents. There is also a double sofabed in the Burma room. All rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated..  
There is one full bathroom with a bath, toilet and bidet, a shower room, and a separate toilet and washbasin area. Two of the bedrooms also have a washbasin. There is a covered laundry area outside the back of the house with a washing machine and lines to hang laundry in the fresh air. 
 
The large American style kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a fridge /freezer, oven /ceramic stove, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, raclette and fondue machines etc. All cleaning products are made available as are many essentials for cooking such as oil, spices, teas, coffee, sugar etc. 
 
Linen and towels are provided and are changed every week Beach necessities such as umbrellas, beach towels and paddle games are also provided.

    Salobrena enjoys the warmest and sunniest winters in Europe while benefiting from the most pleasant summers on the southern coast of Spain, made possible by the nearby Sierra Nevada mountain. Another plus is its truly Spanish flavor, with foreigners still in the minority. Spanish traditions are not just alive on fiesta days but also on a daily basis. Even the charming tradition of serving free tapas with every drink, still exists in most bars.

    PLEASE NOTE The prices quoted are for a couple using one bedroom.Every extra bedroom is charged at 50 euros extra per week during low season and 1oo euros extra per week during high season 1...A deposit of 50% is required on confirmation of booking and the remainder at least a month before arrival. 2.A security deposit of 150 euros or 100£ in cash is required upon your arrival . This will be returned on the day of departure after inspection of the premises. 3. Cancellation of a booking more than a month prior to arrival will be reimbursed in full, with deductions for costs incurred. 4.Any cancellations after that period regardless of the reason, will be reimbursed at the following rates: A month prior . 50% Three weeks prior. 25% Two weeks prior . 10% One week prior. No reimbursement 5. During the winter months from November until end of April, electricity is charged to our guests at cost.
