Mas Mananas is a luxurious 350 sqaure metre villa which was completed in April 2009. It is located atop Cerro Gordo, a discreet coastal location only 45 minutes from Malaga Airport and 10 minutes from both La Herradura and Nerja. The house is surrounded by national park and is truly a location of great natural beauty. It has a variety of private terraces and balconies, all landscaped with Mediterranean plants and completed with a double-edged infinity pool looking out to the ocean. 
 
The architect-designed contemporary home features two large open-plan living spaces with glass doors onto terraces that boast magnificent and uninterrupted sea views towards the Costa del Sol and Africa. There is a modern, fully-equipped kitchen that opens on to a breakfast terrace scented with orange trees; 5 large bedrooms all with breathtaking vistas through French doors onto terraces, each bedroom also has a sizeable walk-in wardrobe and beautiful en-suite marble bathroom. There is a spectacular infinity pool looking south across the sea towards Nerja and beyond. Mas Mananas is beautifully furnished with the owners furniture and art, a stylish mixture of antique and contemporary. 
 
The house sleeps 10 in 3 double and 2 twin bedrooms. Both Nerja and La Herradura are within short drives and have many excellent bars and restaurants, whilst there are two beautiful braches within 5 minutes drive (Cantarrijan and Canuelo).     A 25% deposit is payable with the booking and the balance due 8 weeks prior to rental. A security deposit of 500 Euros is requested and will be returned with 48 hours of checkout. For cancellation within 8 weeks of departure the client remains liable for the following charges: 42-55 days:60% 29-41 days:70% 22-28 days:90% 0-21 days:100% Linen and bedding are provided. A bed change and cleaning are provided on the second Saturday for stays of more than a week (you can request extra cleaning during your stay if required). Check-in is at 15.00 and checkout at 10.00, rentals normally run from Saturday-Saturday. We will endeavour to assist in any special requests you may have.
