This beautiful, romantic country house is one of this coasts best kept secrets. It is one of the few houses in the stunning scenery of the natural park that is also an easy walk to the popular Cantarijjan beach with 2 excellent restaurants. The house contains all mod cons, a shower room, fully kitted modern kitchen and exterior terrace for eating outdoors yet retains its old world charm. Each bedroom has access to its own terrace for privacy and also great views of the sea. Its a remote and tranquil spot. The land is inhabited by local wildlife such as deer,and the occasional eagle, wild goats and the odd cat (and sometimes kittens). This place will suit all from naturists, to hikers, young families and lovers. It can be accessed by a well a maintained one kilometre gravel road directly off the N340. There is a friendly Spanish family in the adjoining property who visit on Saturdays.

It’s a second home to us and we would want the farm to be respected and cherished as your own. The water is spring water from the hills, safe to drink and better tasting than Evian. The gas is supplied by Butane bottles in the laundry room. Rubbish can be deposited at any of the bins on the main roads. There is recyling in Spain.

It IS the country and as such you get all the charms that come with that. So use the mosquito nets (supplied) and light citronella candles and don’t leave any food out uncovered or the armies of ants will certainly invade.

you are in the natural park so its ideal for bird and animal watchers, nature lovers , hikers etc.
Also it is a really good spot for yoga , tai chi etc as its quiet and in complete harmony with the surrounding land.

You will be provided with bedding, towels, barbecue, beach stuff, books, DVDs etc so you will find it a home from home and pretty well equipped .
The beds will be made up as to your requirements and the house beautifully cleaned for your arrival.
You will always be met and shown around and given a good briefing as to the local activities etc.
and then you are left alone to have an idyllic rest and much deserved" r and r ".

However if there is anything you require during your stay , our meeter and greeters are always happy to help out.

jan to march £450 march to oct £600 50% deposit paid on booking 50% paid 6 weeks before booking dates cancellation 100% 4 weeks to reservation dates 50% up to 6 weeks to reservation dates 20% up 8 weeks to reservation dates plus cleaning 100 euros on arrival to the meet and greeter. beds will be made up house freshened. starter pack included tea coffee juice bread etc.... You will be met in la herradura by our english speaking " meeter and greeter" and taken to the farm house and welcomed in. BACS to my bank account details on enquiry
