This house is completely refurbished tastefully and traditionally and enjoys perfect views of La Herradura bay. Comprising 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lounge, mezzanine dining area, kitchen and large terrace, a perfect spot to enjoy year round sunsets and sunrises.
3 Bedrooms:- Master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes, bedside tables and ensuite bathroom.
Second bedroom has twin beds and a door leading onto small balcony with sea views.
Third bedroom has twin beds, waredrobe, cupboard and a window offering sea view.
A travel cot can be provided on request
3 Bathrooms:- Guests bathroom with small bath, washbasin and toilet.
Ensuite bathroom with washbasin, toilet and large walk-in shower.
3rd bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin, on the same floor as the twin bedrooms.
Comfortable living area comprising of sofa, airmchair, coffee table, fireplace.
Good sized terrace with comfortable seating and the most spectacular views of the sea and village of La Herradura.
Modern kitchen comprising of large fridge with freezer, microwave, electric oven, electric hob, coffe machine, kettle and toaster.
Utility room off the kitchen with a washing machine.
Hifi with radio and CD Player. Television and DVD Player.
Lush and well-maintained communal gardens surrounding the area.
Above the parking area, there is an excellent pool facility that caters to the community. The daily charge is 4 euros for children and 6 euros for adults. On site there is a bar, a pool table, tennis table, a nice separate pool for children, and plenty of gardens and shaded grassy areas for relaxing.
Within the community there is a Gym and Tennis Courts for use at a charge.
