This modern apartment has a front terrace facing the communal pool with views over the old town of La Herradura. The apartment is well equipped with all modern conveniences to comfortably suit four. As well as the front balcony there is a shady plant filled rear courtyard, that doubles as an outside dining room. The apartment block has parking outside and lifts and is within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants and is just a short walk from the beach. The Apartment has a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and patio doors leading onto the front balcony overlooking the pool. Bedroom two has twin beds and a fitted wardrobe. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washer/drier, microwave, toaster, kettle and a good range of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans etc. The family bathroom has bath with shower, basin, toilet and bidet and there is also a separate WC and washbasin. The living room/diner is fitted with corner sofa unit, coffee tables, two dressers, dining table and chairs, TV with video and DVD, Sky, stereo unit and oil filled electric heater if required. Patio doors lead to the balcony overlooking the communal swimming pool, which is equipped with patio table and chairs and enjoys good views of the old town. Off the kitchen is a shady internal plant filled courtyard with patio table and chairs making a very good outdoor dining room.
