- LOS CAPRICHOS - has a choice of four double bedrooms with en suite, which also has the additional capacity for extra persons. This property is a spacious and rustic residence with lots of detail and character.
The house is in the square of Gualchos, a small and friendly village of the province of Granada, 1.200ft above sea level and 7 Kms from the Mediterranean coast.
- FLOR 11 - a unique and lovely apartment with an original skylight, a ground floor with bedroom and toilet, first floor has a kitchen, dining room and living room all in one plus a bathroom. The second floor has a bedroom leading out to the terrace.
GUALCHOS
Gualchos is a small and friendly village, situated in Andalucia in the province of Granada, with a population of approximately 500 people, 1.200ft above sea level and 7 Kms from the Mediterranean coast and its closest neighbouring town of Castell de Ferro.
It is approximately 80 Kms from the capital Granada, with its International Airport, Alhambra Palace and famous Sierra Nevada Ski Resort. The average all year around temperature oscilates between 18-25 ºC. It is a hill village very typical of the region with a supermarket, bakery, post office, small chemist, church, school and typical doctors consulting rooms.
There is even a regular fresh fish delivery service. Motril, the nearest big town with its grand choice of supermarkets, general stores, car showrooms, boutiques, etc, is only 17 Kmts away over the hills. The International Airports of Málaga and Almería are oscillates 1 1/2 hrs drive away.
