Main Description
This is a small but well equipped apartment on an exclusive development of only 90 properties. The development has been built on a hill overlooking the horseshoe bay of La Herradura. Although there are no views from the windows of the apartment a fifty yard walk to the fantastic pool area gives views over the bay and the sea on one side and to the mountains on the other.
The apartment is on the ground floor and has a medium sized sitting room with separate bedroom. The bedroom has two English style divan single beds, wardrobe and bedside table. The kitchen is open plan and is newly fully fitted with 4 ring hob, multi oven/microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking equipment. Bed linen and towels are included and changed weekly. Although there is no bath, the apartment has a shower room with full walk in shower, WC and washbasin.
The apartment is completely self contained with it's own front door and security gate. The owners live in the apartment above and are always available for questions or queries.
The development overlooks the small town of La Herradura, however as it is a two mile walk, all downhill, a car is desirable for the return journey. ( all uphill )La Herradura is a Spanish seaside resort and although there are two or three English owned bars and restaurants ( Full English Breakfast )most establishments are Spanish owned. All Spanish restaurants in this area pride themselves on quality fresh fish menus.

This small apartment is within the owners property but is fully self contained with it's own front door and security gate. It has a small bedroom with two English style devan single beds. The kitchen is fully fitted with all amenities and equipment. There is a shower room with full walk in shower, wash basin and toilet.
This apartment is ideal for thoes wanting to explore the local area with Garanada or Malaga being only one hour away. We are five minutes drive from the motorway. The area is famous for sea diving, fishing, walking, horse riding. The town of La Herradura has history going back to pre Roman times with many Roman remains within a short drive. We are ten minutes drive from Nerja with it's famous Caves and Balcon de Europe.

High Season Price : €300 per Week

10% deposit secures your booking.
This can be paid into the owners English bank by credit transfer or cheque. The balance is due on arrival for short stay lets or weekly for long lets.
