Vacation Rental Description
Casa Velilla is located in a small prestigious development overlooking the famous Tesorilla Beach. It is a very spacious property and provides comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people. It has proved to be ideal for large families or several couples sharing. The house is clean and regularly maintained to keep it pristine condition. It is within walking distance of the beach, supermarket and tapas bars. The main town is 5 minutes drive away. It is safe and secure.It has two shared designer swimming pools for the exclusive use of owners. The infinity pool has a lifeguard. The sea and mountain views from both pools are spectacular. The palm trees and tropical plants around the pools create a very relaxing setting. The pools are low occupancy and are often unoccupied. Sun loungers are provided. Changing facilities, with hot and cold showers, WC and hair drying facilities are provided on each pool deck. The infinity pool deck has a barbeque area.
The lounge area is a whopping 35 square metres, and houses two comfortable leather settees and two recliners. Entertainment facilities include satellite TV with all UK channels, film and sports channels and an extensive collection of DVDs, books and board games. A games console with a large selection of games is also included.
The terrace is private and well proportioned, with a sun bathing area and a shaded dining area (gazebo). A barbeque is included. The views from the terrace are breathtaking and carefully selected and positioned planters and trellis plants add to the ambience to create an ideal place to chill out.
It has a good size fully fitted kitchen with a full range of appliances and utensils is.
A washing machine, ironing board and iron are provided.
The air conditioning system can be switched to provide heating in the winter.
The local town is an unspoilt traditional Spanish fishing town, with cobbled streets and is totally Spanish speaking. It has over 1000 restaurants and tapas bars. It is one of the few remaining areas of Spain that serve traditional tapas, and it is free. The local medical centre has excellent medical facilities.
Many of our guests have returned and some are on their third visit.

The satellite TV has all UK channels plus film and sports channels. There is an extensive range of DVDs, Books,Board games and a games console.
