Vacation Rental Description

The house is situated in a private gated urbanisation, with sea views from the front of the house. The urbanisation shares a swimming pool and tennis courts (open from June to Sept). The good sized swimming pool also has a shallow end for children and the area around is grassed with plenty of shade, there is a small snack bar serving drinks, tapas and ice creams.
The main town of almunecar is a 20 minute walk from the house and the beach is 200 metres away where there are many beach bars, resturants and shops.
