A 3 bedroom ,2 bathroom villa (bungalow style) with large private pool.The property consists of lounge/dining room with lounge seating for 6 people and a dining table.Sky tv, dvd player patio doors to the pool and outdoor leisure area.From the hallway you have access to the kitchen and the bedroom area.  
Kitchen is fitted with oven ,hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster and all the neccessary pots pans etc. 
The bathrooms consists of wash basin ,w.c.,full bath with shower.Master bathroom includes bidet. 
 
Bedroom 1 comes kingsize bed bedside tables .Master bathroom is en suite. 
Bedroom 2 comes with twin beds bedside cabinet and fitted wardrobes. 
Bedroom 3 comes with twin beds bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobes.The second bathroom is situated between bedrooms 2 and 3 reach through private hallway. 
 
 
The outside patio area and gardens offer peaceful areas.The area surrounding the pool is fully tiled. 
Sun beds and table/chairs are supplied. 
A verander to one side of the villa gives an area to relax and most of the day a shaded retreat.

    • The villa is situated within minutes of lake Vinuela .Just 10 minutes to the beach at Torre Del Mar.From the villa you have views to Mount Maroma and the Zaffarray pass.An ideal area for walking and exploring the beautiful white villages of the area.From the villa you can take a short drive (10 minutes) to the coast at Torre Del Mar.A large shopping centre with cinema ten pin bowling resteraunts etc is just 10 minutes away.During the summer months the water park opposite the shopping centre is a fun day out. 
    For a day out visit Torrox Costa (20 minutes) or Nerja (30 Minutes) for beaches and the famous Nerja Caves. 
    Granada and the Alhambra Palace (1 hour 45 Minutes) ,Torremolinoes (1 hour),Marbella (1hour 30 minutes) and Gibraltar are all within easy reach. 
    Cordoba,Sevilla,Rhonda,Malaga,Benelmadena,Fuengirola are further alternatives. 
    Local markets are held most days within 15 minutes.
