This property is the ground floor of an old, but modernised, townhouse in the centre of an Andalucian white village. Parking is within 1 minutes walk, and is free.
Experience the 'Real Spain', most of the inhabitants are Spanish (less than 50 non-Spanish out of the 6,000 inhabitants).
The beach is only 5 minutes drive away, and walking countryside is all around.
We live above the property that is for rent, and so are always on hand to help and advise. There is a large terrace that can be used by the rentees; ideal for BBQs and lazy siestas.

Eight weeks before the stay,the remaining 75% of the rent is required, together with a 100 pound security deposit (refundable providing ther are no breakages etc). We accept payments into a UK Barclays account or by IBAN into our Spanish account
